more information about existing fine merchandise and their owners than nearly
any other source - and that information remains confidential until a qualified
request arrives. When we finally locate items that match your special request,
we'll send you an email to visit the site to view your
Private Treasures in your very own
virtual
Private Salon.
I've found what I'm looking for and I'm ready to buy.
What's my first move? Just click on the "Purchase" link to go directly into
a transaction. Or, if you are interested in more than one item, simply add the
items to your shopping cart. Choose either your Credit Card or a Bank Wire
Transfer (for merchandise over $1,000 only) to purchase the one-of-a-kind item
you are interested in without delay, because it's first come, first served, in

Now that I've proceeded to purchase 2 items, I see that
one of the items is listed as "Ready to Ship" and the other item says that
"Confirmation Required." What does that mean? While most items are available
within 48 hours and shipped to you via express insured courier, some items
require a confirmation of availability. That is why your credit card charges are
are NEVER submitted until we ship and we will NEVER ask you to send a bank wire
until an items availability has been confirmed by our staff in an email sent to
you. Only by completing your purchase transaction will you be able to block all
other parties interested in buying the same item from doing so. Remember, these
are really one-of-a-kinds so it pays to complete the transaction even for
merchandise whose confirmation of availability is still pending.
I've just gotten your "Confirmation of Availability" email
that the item I am interested is available...now what? CREDIT CARD: If
you've chosen to pay by Credit Card, your item will be shipped within 48 hours
of your items availability being confirmed. You will then receive a
"confirmation of shipment" email letting you know that your item is being
prepared for shipment and on what day to expect delivery.
BANK WIRE: If
you've chosen to pay by Bank Wire, your next step is to pay for your purchase
via wire transfer. You will have 3 business days from the date of your
"Confirmation of Availability" email to make your payment by bank wire transfer
- plenty of time for you to make whatever arrangements are needed. Once we have
received your payment, you will receive a confirmation of shipment email letting
you know that your item is being prepared for shipment and on what day to expect
delivery.
How do you ship? All
shipments less than $75,000 are sent through our
contracted insured carrier who has special arrangements with a number of
established and reputable delivery firms like UPS and Federal Express. Shipments
are usually at your door the next day for all orders confirmed available placed
Monday through Thursday. (Orders placed Friday through Sunday that are confirmed
as available are shipped the following Monday, for Tuesday delivery). Special
shipments over $75,000 are sent by armored delivery at prices subject to the
armored carriers fees to deliver to your location. Schedules for armored
delivery over $75,000 varies with your location. (Outside of US and
international orders are subject to special terms and conditions. If you fall
under that category, please don't hesitate to
contact us…we ship worldwide and have won many
hearts across the globe!)
What happens if I choose to return an item purchased from
CherryPicked? Because we guarantee your 100% complete satisfaction, all
sales (except sales outside of the USA) are subject to a 7 day examination
period once an item is in your possession. We will courteously and speedily
assist you in returning the item for a complete refund (less shipping and an
$18.00 restocking fee) within that 7 day examination period. We will arrange
everything from A-Z for you. Call 877-384-8023 and we will generate a Return
Authorization number that you can put on the outside of your package while we
provide you with simple clear return instructions. You will receive a prompt
courteous 100% money back refund, (less shipping and an $18.00 restocking fee)
after we inspect the merchandise. If you paid by Card Card, your card will be
refunded in kind and if you paid by Bank Wire, you will receive payment within 1
business day of our return inspection taking place.
